As a seasoned entrepreneur, he has masterfully managed three thriving companies, each of which continue to prosper under the capable hands of his heirs.Julio’s prowess in business management and growth has been honed through various ventures, including providing services for a former government in his original country for over six consecutive years. Even amid challenging circumstances, his unwavering commitment to excellence prevailed until the democratic system collapsed.
Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and fueled by the desire for a secure and just environment, Julio made the life-changing decision to migrate to the United States of America. Here, he found a fertile ground of democratic securities that allowed him to fully develop his entrepreneurial abilities under the righteous protection of the law.

Meet Thais Guevara, our esteemed Co-Founder and Managing Partner. With a background as a trained foreign attorney, she boasts over a decade of experience working in the Supreme Court of her home country. Hungry for new horizons and seeking to develop her potential, TG pursued a Master's Degree in International Real Estate at Florida International University, where she discovered a highly rewarding career path.
Following her graduation, Thais was appointed to cover a sabbatical year teaching Legal Environment of Real Estate for the undergraduate program. At present, she continues to make a significant impact by teaching Real Estate Investment from the esteemed Business School at Florida International University, which is ranked as the number one business school in the world.
